Introduction

The Saeco Intelia Cappuccino Metal ($1299 MSRP) - part of the new Intelia line of espresso brewers - has a removable milk reservoir that frees users from having to froth their own milk. The machine isn't without its strong user controls, though. You can either toss the coffee beans in and quickly brew your espresso or take your time and determine anything from brew size to how "long" you want your foam to be. The beauty of this machine is it was built for users looking to brew espresso with a single touch, but also offers customization options for experienced brewers.
